Privacy

The short version

We collect what we need to make and ship your model, and a count of how people use the site. We don't sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Saved models

When you save a model or add it to your cart, we store the place you picked, its name and the size. Anyone with the link can see that page, so share it only with people you want to. Saved models don't include your name or email.

Your cart is kept in your own browser, not on our servers.

Orders

Payment happens on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe sends us your name, email, shipping address and the order amounts so we can fill the order. We share them only with the services that help us do that:

• Stripe, for payment, sales tax and your receipt.
• EasyPost and the shipping carrier, for your name and address on the shipping label.
• Resend, to send you the shipping email with your tracking link.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel also hosts this site) to see how many people visit, which pages they view, and whether they save a model, add it to the cart or check out. It sets no cookies. It records things like your browser, device type, the page that sent you here and approximate location (city level), and counts visits without identifying you or following you to other websites. We never send it your name, email or address.

To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We don't load the analytics when it's on.

How long we keep it
